This Investment Terms and Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Favhosting (“Company”) and the Investor (“Investor”), whereby the Investor agrees to invest in the Company under the following terms and conditions:

1. Investment Levels and Shares Interest

The Investor may choose among the following investment levels:

• Silver Level: Minimum investment of $100 USD, earning 5% share interest of the invested capital.
• Gold Level: Minimum investment of $500 USD, earning 10% share interest of the invested capital.
• Platinum Level: Minimum investment of $1,000 USD, earning 15% share interest of the invested capital.

2. Investment Processing Fee

• A non-refundable investment processing fee of $5 USD is required during registration.
• This fee will be deducted from the invested amount upon confirmation of payment.

3. Investment Term and Withdrawal Period

• The investment period shall be a minimum of 6 months up to 1 year.
• Withdrawal of the capital investment is allowed only on a semi-annual basis:
  • June 30 to the first week of July
  • December 27 to the first week of January
• Investors may choose one of the following withdrawal options:
  • Withdraw both capital and earned share interest semi-annually (every 6 months) or annually (after 1 year).
  • Withdraw only the earned share interest on a monthly basis while keeping the capital invested.
  • Reinvest the share interest (profit) to continue earning an additional 1% per month.
• Upon withdrawal of shares, a bank charge will be carried or deducted.

4. Profit Disbursement

• Investors opting for monthly profit withdrawals will receive payments directly to their registered bank account.
• Profit withdrawals can be monthly, semi-annually (every 6 months), or annually (every year).
• Investors who choose to reinvest their monthly interest without withdrawing will accumulate 1% additional earnings per month on their retained profit.

5. Payment and Deposit Methods

• Investments can be made through the following payment methods:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Stripe
  • Xendit
  • PayPal

6. Terms of Agreement

• The Investor acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
• The Investor understands that withdrawals of capital are subject to the designated periods and cannot be made earlier than 6 months from the date of investment.
• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary, with prior notice to all Investors.

By proceeding with the investment, the Investor agrees to the above terms and conditions and acknowledges understanding the investment period, share interest, withdrawal schedule, and payment methods.
